Job Description
Based at the renowned Weybridge site, this role involves providing mechanical, electrical, and building services maintenance.
Responsibilities include fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation, ensuring the client property operates efficiently and effectively.
Adherence to ISS policies is essential, fostering a work environment that is safe, respectful, healthy, and inclusive.

Success in the role is measured by contributing to contractual KPIs as outlined in the Service Level Agreement, consistently demonstrating key leadership competencies, and adhering to ISS technical policies, standards, and safe systems of work.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsibility for mechanical and electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded
* Responsibility for building services maintenance for HVAC systems both mechanical and electrical related tasks on site
* Provide callout response following loss of Lab area, cascade room pressures or failure for the client as detailed by the supervisor
* Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including mentoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that the relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work
* Ensure that all mechanical and electrical equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
* Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards
* Provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
* Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out
* Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary
* Be always, fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* City & Guilds Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician (MOET)
* City & Guilds Level 3 Qualification in Engineering or equivalentCity & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2018)
* Preferred qualifications: Electrical to Mechanical conversion (EMC), HVAC AP, and steam plant operation experience
* IPAF/PASMA certifications
* Full UK Driving License
* Extensive experience in mechanical and electrical building services maintenance, including fault finding, installation, and inspection/testing
* Proficiency in reactive and PPM maintenance using FM CAFM systems and handheld PDAs
* Strong knowledge of AHUs, pressure vessels, heating, steam, and cooling systems
* Familiarity with BMS systems and FM within commercial properties
* Proven experience working under strict Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
