The Client Services Associate is a pivotal role for maintaining strong relationships with clients in the financial services sector, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Description

Enquiry Management - handling inbound calls and emails from our clients and delivering industry leading client service quality to our stakeholders. Working alongside your colleagues and the wider business on the team to source answers
Client Communications - ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when producing, checking and distributing regular client communications
Change Management - using initiative to interrogate how we do things and acting as a key contributor to process improvement on the team with a focus on improving our client experience
Project work - Being involved in a variety of exciting projects alongside your daily dutiesProfile

A successful Client Services Associate should have:

A degree in a relevant field such as finance, business or economics.
Proven experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
Experience answering inbound queries from clients through both phone and mailbox
Excellent written communication skills Job Offer

A competitive salary package in the range of £40,000 - £46,000 per annum.
