As a New Build Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers and guide them through the entire sales process. You will work closely with their Sales Manager and other team members to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential home buyers professionally and courteously.

• Present our newly built properties and showcase their unique features and benefits.

• Understand customer needs and preferences to match them with the most suitable properties.

• Provide comprehensive product information, answer inquiries, and address concerns.

• Conduct property tours and manage show homes, creating an inviting and welcoming environment.

• Assist customers through the purchasing process, including handling paperwork and documentation.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our developments and generate leads.

• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in new build property sales or a related field is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• A genuine passion for real estate and the ability to convey enthusiasm to potential buyers.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.

• Proficiency in using relevant computer software and applications.

• A valid driver's license and access to transportation for property visits.
