About The Position
If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, in Philadelphia, PA this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, and other personal care to residents
- Conduct physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and use therapeutic equipment to assist in-patient rehabilitation
- Educate residents on exercises and recovery strategies, and assess and address physical problems.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Must have an active Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS / CPR Certification

- Pay: $2,215.06 - $2,283.56/week
