About The Position
If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a SNF/hospital setting, in Philadelphia, PA this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and executing established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Observing and documenting patient progress, and transporting patients as needed
- Fit patients for orthopedic devices and measure their range of motion and vital signs to assess treatment effects.
Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Pennsylvania PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
