Solventum is seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician candidates to join our team in Columbia MO!
- Shift: Full Time (12-Hour Night Rotating Shifts; 7:30pm- 7:30am)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Observing all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Performing work as directed by a Maintenance supervisor (or designee) and outlined by Shop Work Orders (SWOs).
- Completing all assigned preventative maintenance tasks and correct any/all documentation errors.
- Performing all electrical/electronic and mechanical calibrations with minimal assistance.
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating all electrical/electronic systems with minimal assistance.
- Performing installations of air, water, and electrical with minimal guidance.
- Assisting with all aspects of new equipment installations.
- Managing all hazardous wastes in compliance with RCRA requirements, which includes labeling all hazardous material and ensuring proper materials are in each drum/container.
- Demonstrating minimum capabilities within the first 90 days.
- Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Associate degree in a mechanical, electrical or electronic field
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND 5 years of experience in at least 2 of the following fields: mechanical, electrical or electronic
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Ability to work a 12-hour night rotating shift (7:30pm - 7:30am)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Exhibit a willingness to pursue necessary education and training to keep current with the technological requirements of the assignment.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $33.53/hour, with the potential to reach $40.88/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
