Job Description

Major Duties (Job Description)

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workforce, managing technical tasks, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • You will provide guidance and support to your team, helping them grow and develop both professionally and personally
  • You will be responsible for aligning and advancing efforts as prioritized by the National Defense Strategy (NDS), working closely with leadership to ensure that our efforts are in line with our national security goals.
  • You will collaborate with Departments and Human Resources to plan, resource, and prioritize critical demands.
  • You will build trust and key relationships, both internally and externally, while actively influencing significant Naval efforts to drive readiness
  • You will formulate approaches to lead technical efforts, including planning, assigning, and directing tasks related to installation activities.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervise and/or lead a technical workforce supporting C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) system installations. This includes but is not limited to, managing resources, ensure compliance with policies, and fostering innovation collaboration. Additionally, experience should note overseeing performance evaluations, fiscal management, and/or aligning efforts with national defense priorities.
