Job Description

Full-Stack Developer

You Can:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and React Bootstrap.
  • Build and manage APIs using Node.js/Express.
  • Work with MongoDB for data storage and management.
  • Implement ORM (Sequelize) for database operations, primarily with Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Integrate the system with multiple back-end systems and external APIs (e.g., Pega workflow system, DocuSign, Equifax, SmartComm).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Day to Day
  • Develop and enhance user-facing features using React and React Bootstrap.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Node.js/Express.
  • Manage and query data in MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Utilize ORM (Sequelize) for effective database interactions.
  • Integrate with third-party services and APIs for functionality such as electronic signatures, credit checks, and document management.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are followed.

Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks/libraries such as React and React Bootstrap.
  • Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with ORM (Sequelize) and direct database access.
  • Familiarity with API integration and handling external systems (e.g., Pega, DocuSign, Equifax, SmartComm).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with credit origination and account management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial services and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.

Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA

Applicable Pay Range

$$86,000 - $129,000

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
