IT/Facility Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled & experience IT/Facility Project Manager. Role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects related to both Information Technology (IT) and Facility Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Project management, with a focus on IT Systems & Facility improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1) Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables for both IT and facility projects
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery

• Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement technology-related projects, including system upgrades, network enhancements, and software implementations
• Ensure that IT projects align with the organization's strategic goals and comply with industry regulations and standards
• Oversee the deployment of new technologies and systems, providing support for end-users as needed

• Manage facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment upgrades
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, and contractors to ensure facility projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for healthcare facilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives, balancing IT and facility needs Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including IT teams, facility management, executives, and external vendors
• Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solution

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Project Management, Facility management or related field
• Proven experience of minimum 8 years in Project Management, specifically in Healthcare IT & Facility Projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in Project management tools and software.
