Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST, hybrid, 3 days per week in Raleigh office

Job Description:

Designing, developing, and integrating software solutions on Salesforce.com.

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.

- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.

- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.

- provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.

- Collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems

- Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Force.com platform.

- Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input.

- Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews."

"Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning

- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications"
