A leading company in the software industry is currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Client Services to join their team. The role will be challenging but also highly rewarding and this leader will be a key voice in the company. For the right executive, this is a fantastic opportunity with great growth prospects. Key duties include:
1) Work directly with strategic client accounts to grow corporate offerings and increase customer satisfaction
2) Work with the Senior Managers and Directors to mentor, coach and grow professional staff capabilities
3) Provide executive leadership to functional operations staff regarding issues and policies
4) Establish and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly annual key performance indicators for multiple business units for operations to stay aligned with corporate expectations
5) Provide executive-level transparency to client services activities
6) Report on performance, variances, team updates, client updates and initiatives
7) Lead the organization to meet and exceed growth targets and ensure they meet corporate strategic goals and objectives
8) Build processes and relationships to ensure a high degree of interdepartmental collaboration, particularly in areas of technical support, product needs, content configuration, and finance
9) Work directly with product teams to convey client-requested product upgrades or feature requests
10) Convey challenges in product usage observed or communicated by existing clients.
11) Communicate common strategic priorities among clients that can be addressed through product design and development
12) Prioritize client requests based on priority and impact, in collaboration with the Vice President of Corporate Sales
13) Lead client communications across multiple business units to ensure regular, active contact with existing and prospective clients and handle client escalations with professional maturity and a solutions-based approach
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the software industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
