Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer to lead and manage identity and access governance projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, role-based access controls, and designing robust identity management solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide a team of analysts, developers, and testers.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement Identity and Access Governance solutions, including role-based and attribute-based access controls.
• Design and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Perform role mining, role definition, and role modeling activities.
• Define process approaches for role-based and attribute-based access controls.
• Manage product migration, code migration, and onboarding of applications.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth delivery of identity governance projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Document and communicate processes and technical solutions effectively.
Required Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of access governance and identity management concepts.
• Proficiency in role mining, definition, and modeling principles.
• Familiarity with role-based and attribute-based access control methodologies.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in technologies such as Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, Active Directory, LDAP, and RDBMS.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
