Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Regional opportunity in the Northeastern United States with a hybrid schedule
Description:
We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to oversee account management and client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in property and casualty insurance, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in personal lines account management.
Active Property & Casualty License.
Strong administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in office software.
Familiarity with agency management software systems (preferred).
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members.
Strong sense of urgency with excellent time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Compensation:
Salary: $42k-60k per year
