Responsibilities:

As the Support Engineer II, successful candidates will assume responsibility for the following duties:

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to trading platforms utilized by clients.
- Work closely alongside other technology teams within organization on various projects aimed towards improving system architecture & infrastructure.
- Collaborate across departments (e.g., developers) when necessary regarding ongoing production incidents requiring immediate attention.
