Desktop Support and Administration

VPN Connectivity/Installations

o Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.

o Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
•o Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.

o Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues

o Office 365 basic troubleshooting

o Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and Webex Web Conferencing
• Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Must Have Active Directory Experience.
