BMC Helix ITSM Engineer

Key Responsibilities : - Implement and configure BMC Helix ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management, to align with our ITIL best practices and business requirements. - Customize BMC Helix ITSM workflows, forms, and reports to meet specific organizational needs and enhance user experience. - Integrate BMC Helix ITSM with other enterprise systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and help desk tools. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix ITSM issues. - Develop and maintain documentation for BMC Helix ITSM configurations and processes. - Collaborate with IT teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements. - Stay updated on the latest BMC Helix ITSM features and best practices. Qualifications : - Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. - Proven experience in implementing and configuring BMC Helix ITSM solutions. - Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g, PowerShell, Python) for automation and data manipulation. - Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
