Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex

Job Description : - Must have min 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com application . - Lightning (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Global Marketing, Identity Management, Field Services), Lightning Component Development and Lightning Web Components - Each team member needs to be an independent contributor. - Strong in Lighting & LWC, Apex WS. - Must have good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch. - Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other Integration aspects are desirable. - Should have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards. Roles and Responsibilities for Salesforce Developer : Application Development : - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. - Customize Salesforce platforms to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience. Configuration and Customization : - Configure Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and process builders to streamline business processes. - Customize Visualforce pages and create reusable components to enhance application functionality. Integration Management : - Manage integrations with third-party applications using Salesforce web services, APIs, and WSDL. - Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to ensure seamless data flow. Reports and Dashboards : - Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and analytics for stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reporting structures. Testing and Quality Assurance : - Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Document test cases and results to support quality assurance processes. Technical Documentation : - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment plans. - Document processes for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Troubleshooting and Support : - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, addressing issues as they arise. - Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Continuous Learning and Improvement : - Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities. - Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Independence and Initiative : - Work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Take initiative in proposing new solutions and enhancements to drive business objectives.
