Product Designer - Sketch/InVision

Job Description : What You'll do : - Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactive designs for mobile and desktop designs and continuously find ways to enhance his/her own designs and implementation. - Lead and evangelize best user-interface design practices, which create exceptional user experience - Understand customer behavior, psychology, business drivers and objectives, and translate them into efficient UI design - Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire framing - Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile and web applications - Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts, mockups and interactive prototypes - Think conceptually - applying a user-centered approach to requirements and inter dependencies - to develop engaging interfaces. - Make design decisions based on good judgement, experience, research and data. What makes you a great fit : - A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve for both business requirements and customer needs. - Stellar interaction skills (track record of deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows, dynamic engaging interfaces). - Stellar visual skill (attention to detail, stay on brand, build new patterns). - Excellent grasp of the design thinking and process including Product/ Interaction/Visual, with the know-how to move from pencil on paper to layout to pixel-perfect hand off using tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin. - Deep understanding of design principals and industry trends. - Expert communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale. - Readily give and receive constructive feedback. - Expert partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing features. - Experience building efficient scalable systems.
