Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

"Function: Technical Management - Product Management Responsibilities : - Drive product strategy and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your stream - Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data, design and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency - Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics - Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows - Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions - Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences - Work with our data team to understand customer behavior and identify problems and opportunities - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, business and operations to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training. Requirements : - The candidate should have experience leading agile product development teams - Must have prior experience in Product Management Vertical - Growth /Revenue/Customer Experience/Platform/Payments/Supply Chain. - The candidate should be comfortable working from Bangalore location. - B. tech/B. E is preferred OR equivalent practical experience - Experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products - Prior experience in FMCG/Internet/E-Commerce is preferred" (ref:hirist.tech)
