Product Engineering Manager - Data Structure/Algorithm

Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for the overall product development lifecycle. - Create and own technical roadmap and architectural standards which optimally aligns with business objectives - Justify engineering decisions to stakeholders backed by solid rationale and conviction - Learn and adopt the best technology that is suitable for the product - Frequently contribute to the low-level design and code review activities - Roll up sleeves and contribute to code and design if required - Manage the day-to-day activities of the team - Management of the departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, enhancing and maintaining a best of class engineering team - Work closely with the team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach - Contribute substantially to innovation and overcome technology limitations to deliver on customer experience - Ensure healthy delivery and development culture with agile mindset Preferred Qualifications : - 8 years of hands-on development experience with latest web technologies - 5 years of Engineering leadership experience - 5 years of experience of working in SaaS (software as a service) industry - Well versed with data structures and algorithms - Hands on experience in product development (full stack) with solid understanding of both server-side and front-end technologies - Must have the ability to understand the technical and non-technical aspects of product development - Experience developing technology solutions in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We Offer : - Competitive salary - Medical Benefits/Accident Cover - Flexi Office Working Hours - Fast paced start up (ref:hirist.tech)
