Data Engineer - AWS

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AWS data services and a strong background in data engineering. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop data pipelines using AWS services to efficiently collect, process, and store data from various sources. - Work with AWS RDS and other data storage solutions to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes. - Utilize SQL to write complex queries for data extraction and transformation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions. - Develop dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense to provide insights and support decision-making. - Work with JSON for data interchange and configuration between services. - Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. - Stay updated on the latest AWS services and data engineering best practices. Key Skills : - Extensive experience with AWS data services, particularly AWS RDS. - Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. - Experience with Qlik Sense or similar data visualization tools. - Familiarity with JSON for data formatting and API integration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A minimum of 9 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on AWS technologies.
