Key Responsibilities : - Determining the test approach and creating the test plan for the 4G and 5G eNodeB/gNB product for end-to-end verification. - Product and domain test strategies are created, and radio products are functionally and performance tested in accordance with customer needs and ORAN/3GPP specifications. - End-to-end feature validation requires planning for the preparation of lab test sets and equipment. - Carrying out the test strategy in a lab setting and Give documents and assistance. - Keep track of and compile a status report on the testing efforts, including performance baselines, test case coverage, results from tests, and the resources needed. - Make sure that the project teams, business users, and testing teams are informed in detail of any risks related to the agreed-upon test strategy and the system test plan. - Use the principles of quality engineering across the Agile product lifecycle. Skills Required : - Comprehensive knowledge of 3GPP standards, including all associated flows and protocols. - Knowledge of the protocol standards for the CUSM Plane and the ORAN Front-haul Interface for DU & RU. - Prior experience with End-To-End RAN testing and/or LTE 4G, 5G eNodeB/gNB testing. - Experience integrating radio L1-L2/L3 systems (RU and DU). - Proficient in developing test strategies for feature, subsystem, and system level testing. - Knowledge of the life cycle of software development and testing. - Knowledge of the equipment, such as signal generators and signal analysers, required for radio testing. - Excellent collaborator who mentors team members in technical and project-related matters. - Testing in a Unix/Linux environment and having strong skills in log analysis to identify any issues. - Proficiency in Git and Jira tool usage.
