Software Engineer - Java

Job Description : Software Engineer will make significant contributions to the mobile payments industry by bringing engineering excellence in innovating new features and functions in consumer and internal operations applications. You will analyze product requirements, design implementations and participate in integration testing. You will be part of a very innovative, dedicated, and high-performance team and need to match their level of excellence and thoroughness in delivering world-class : - Involvement in the full software development life cycle within broadly defined parameters and providing software solutions keeping into consideration, the software quality needs. - Design and define the interaction between the different component pieces. - Write efficient code based on the brief given by the team lead. - Fast prototyping of proof-of-concept features/applications based on brief. - Develop and maintain new features on the Java stack. - Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application. - Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments. - Work closely with peers and Leads to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. - Build software solutions for complex problems. - Compliance with build/release and configuration management process. - Responsible for developing unit test cases for his/her project module. Requirements : - 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - B. E. / B. Tech. / M. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. - Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment. - Experience with databases (Oracle / Postgre) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks. - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data). - Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL. - Experience with RESTful API development. - Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Good problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Ability to learn new languages and technologies. - BS/MS in Computer Science preferred. - Full project lifecycle experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Self-motivated and directed. - Third-party integration experience.
