Scrum Master

Job Description : Role & Responsibilities : - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. - Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and product owner, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of project requirements and priorities. - Act as a proxy product owner when necessary, making informed decisions and providing guidance on data products to support the team's objectives. - Ideally should have prior experience in Data projects. - Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. - Remove impediments to the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to address any issues or roadblocks. - Track and report on team progress, using Agile metrics and tools to ensure transparency and visibility for stakeholders. - Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. - Assist with resource planning, workload distribution, and cross-team coordination to optimize team productivity and efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities and the overall software development process. - Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. - Prior experience working on data-driven projects is a significant advantage. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to keep the team aligned and motivated. - Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and remove roadblocks. - Experience with Agile metrics and reporting tools is a plus. - Passionate about data and its potential to drive innovation. - Eager to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in data technologies and Agile practices.
