Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst proficient in both R and Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data manipulation, data visualization, and machine learning techniques. You will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, building models, and presenting data-driven insights that support our business decisions and strategies. Key Responsibilities : - Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using R and Python. - Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. - Design and present insightful data visualizations and reports for key stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide actionable insights. - Keep up-to-date with trends and advancements in data analytics and machine learning. - Mentor and train junior analysts in best practices for R and Python programming. Qualifications : - Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Experience : 2 years as a data analyst, ideally in a business or finance setting. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in R and Python, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and visualization libraries. - Experience with machine learning techniques and tools such as Scikit-learn and TensorFlow. - Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail. - Communication Skills : Ability to clearly present complex data as actionable insights.
