Cloud Database Engineer - AWS & DevOps

Job Summary : - Minimum of 7-10 Years of relevant work experience required. - Degree in Information Technology or equivalent - Experience in managing/supporting ( S3, Route53 , Instance parameter groups , Security groups, VPC, availability zones etc.) - Experience with AWS cloud database technologies (ex: RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB etc.) and Devops CI/CD - Very strong and solid experience of database administration in a cloud environment. - Experience with replication/clustering and partitioning a must - Experience writing and executing stress tests on databases and services - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems - Very good Knowledge of indexes, index management, statistics, data-at-rest encryption, secure connectivity - Good to have with Big Data concepts and technologies, especially using AWS What you'll be doing : - As AWS Cloud Database Engineer, you will design, build, apply company defined security policies, automate using Could Formation Templates, analyze client workflow, determine the best solution for a successful project, and share knowledge of databases. - As a part of the team, you will help the teams adopt to cloud native database solutions. - To be successful in this role the candidate must have deep knowledge cloud data technologies and align technology solutions to specific business objectives. What you bring to the team : - Build Qualification and apply company security policies and harden the database (RDS) to qualify as per the company standards. - Prepare the technical documentation and standard operating procedures - Create best practices for cloud database operations.
