What Success Looks Like : Effective Automation : Successful implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks that ensure thorough coverage of web applications and APIs. Collaboration : Strong collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly. Optimization : Continuous improvement of automation frameworks, leading to increased testing efficiency and reliability. Quality Assurance : Active contribution to the overall testing strategy, participating in code reviews and quality initiatives to uphold high software quality standards. Responsibilities : Develop Automated Test Scripts : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web applications using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright. Implement API Test Cases : Create and execute automated API test cases using Robot Framework to validate RESTful web services. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Analyze Test Results : Execute automated tests, analyze results, identify defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively. Optimize Frameworks : Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, reliability, and test coverage. Contribute to Strategy : Participate in shaping the overall testing strategy and engage in code reviews and quality assurance initiatives. Qualifications : Experience : - Must have 5 Years of experience in STLC. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Python and Robot Framework. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. - Experience in API testing with Robot Framework. - Familiarity with Playwright or similar web testing tools is a plus. Collaboration Skills : - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Analytical Skills : - Strong analytical abilities to interpret test results, identify issues, and provide actionable solutions.
