Senior Product Designer - Figma/Sketch

Job Description : We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that our AI products are not only functional but also easy to use and aesthetically : - Lead the design of user-centered products from concept to execution. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into elegant design solutions. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. - Ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products by maintaining and evolving the design system. - Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at various levels. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the design process. Requirements : - 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methodologies, and interaction design. - Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to take complex concepts and make them accessible and easy to use. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with designing for AI-powered or data-driven products is a plus. - Experience working in agile or startup environments is preferred.
