About the job : Silicon Stack is hiring a Node JS Developer to join our team. Location : Pune & Hyderabad Experience : 3 to 8 Notice Period : Immediate or 30 days Role : Contractual Brief About us : Silicon Stack is an Australian based MNC, we have our Head Quarters at Melbourne, Australia. Globally we're operating from 6 locations, having clientele in 13 countries-to name a few Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK. In India we're operating from Pune & Hyderabad. We are service based company, and we have grown exponentially. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express. - Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Manage and optimize databases, preferably using Sequelize ORM. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Monitor application performance and implement security best practices. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application efficiency and security. Required Skills : - Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js. - Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks. - Solid understanding of database management, with a preference for experience using Sequelize ORM. - Proven experience in API design and integration. - Knowledge of security and performance optimization practices. - Familiarity with version control systems, like Git (ref:hirist.tech)
