About the opportunity : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle QE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance and hands-on experience in testing Oracle Fusion applications, particularly Oracle SCM and Oracle Supplier Portal. This is a senior role, requiring the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in meetings. The position offers the opportunity to backfill a crucial team role, with a knowledge transfer period starting as soon as possible. Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities : - Experience using Oracle Fusion and Cypress is a must-have. - Knowledge of Oracle Supplier Portal is a must-have. - Conduct browser and mobile device testing, including Accessibility testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage. - Provide expertise in data testing, writing database queries, data modeling, and ETL testing;. - Participate in agile development cycles and adhere to SDLC methodologies;. - Contribute to the quality engineering efforts for Java/GoLang microservices and REST APIs in cloud-based architectures;. - Effectively communicate technical challenges and project updates with all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Very solid of experience in Quality Assurance and Engineering;. - Solid of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications testing (SCM, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, GL);. - Proven experience in backend automation testing using Cypress (Oracle Supplier Portal experience is a must);. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, TDD/BDD testing, or Java;. - Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices with usability and cross-platform testing;. - Experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices (Java/GoLang), and REST APIs;. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as a senior consultant;. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring effective interactions with team members across different time zones;. - Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion SCM or Quality Assurance are a plus.
