Frontend Engineering Manager - React.js/AngularJS

Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our frontend development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies and proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality web applications and ensuring best practices in frontend engineering. Key Responsibilities : - Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. - Technical Oversight : Oversee the design, development, and implementation of frontend applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Project Management : Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Architecture & Design : Drive architectural decisions and design patterns for scalable and maintainable frontend applications, ensuring alignment with overall technical strategy. - Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks, implementing solutions to enhance application speed and responsiveness. - Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Stay Current : Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development, and apply this knowledge to enhance the team's skills and processes.
