Senior Software Automation Test Engineer

Position Requirements : - Proven experience as a software test automation engineer or similar role - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning and test case development - Strong knowledge of different phase and level of software testing (Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing) - Experience with enterprise manufacturing and laboratory systems (such as Camstar/Siemens OpCenter MES, LabVantage LIMS) - Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (such as Ranorex Studio, Camstar Transaction Tester, or other test automation tools) - Experience with other software testing tools like JMeter and SoapUI is highly desirable - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Has used source control, build and CI/CD practices and tools (i.e., GIT, Maven and TeamCity) - Experience with version control systems and defect tracking systems e.g., JIRA - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail - Be customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivated, taking ownership of assigned tasks - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks Experience/Education/Skills : - Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or the Natural Sciences. - Experience with enterprise manufacturing, and laboratory systems (Camstar/Siemens OpCenter MES, LabVantage LIMS highly preferred). - Experience with test automation suites (Ranorex Professional Certification, Camstar Transaction Tester highly preferred). - Experience with API testing and related tools. - Knowledge of performance testing and related tools. - Experience in manufacturing/life sciences/biotechnology industry is preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
