Microstrategy Developer - Analytics Dashboards

Job Title : MicroStrategy Developer. Experience : 6 to 10 Years. Location : [Pune. Employment Type : Full-time. Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing MicroStrategy projects, schema objects, and public objects. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement advanced reporting and dashboard solutions using the latest MicroStrategy One platform, ensuring high performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities : Project Design & Development : - Design and develop MicroStrategy Project and Schema objects, including but not limited to attributes, facts, hierarchies, tables, and views. - Develop public objects such as metrics, filters, datasets, and dashboards to support user needs and facilitate rapid development. Reporting & Dashboard Development : - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and mobile solutions using the latest MicroStrategy One platform. - Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet performance, usability, and scalability requirements. Optimization & Best Practices : - Identify and implement optimization opportunities to enhance performance and ensure efficient data processing. - Follow migration standards and best practices for upgrading and migrating existing reports, dashboards, and schemas to newer versions or platforms. Collaboration & Documentation : - Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other development teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. - Document all development work, including technical designs and user guides, to ensure future maintainability. Key Skills & Qualifications : - 6-10 years of experience in MicroStrategy development with hands-on expertise in designing schema and project objects. - Proficiency in designing and optimizing attributes, facts, hierarchies, metrics, filters, and datasets. - Strong experience in developing reports, dashboards, and mobile solutions using the MicroStrategy One platform. - Knowledge of MicroStrategy migration standards and best practices. - Experience in identifying and implementing optimization opportunities for performance enhancement. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and integration with relational databases. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in MicroStrategy. - Experience with other Business Intelligence (BI) tools. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
