Engineering Director - Node.js/Python

Key Responsibilities : - Lead the engineering team through zero-to-one scaling and growth phases. - Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems to support enterprise-grade AI solutions. - Oversee the development of robust, secure, and scalable B2B software. - Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical vision with business strategy. - Drive the AI/ML technology roadmap and ensure seamless integration into our products. - Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team, setting the bar for technical excellence. - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a Tier 1 institution. - 7- 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Experience in node js, javascript, python is a must. - Proven experience leading teams through zero-to-one scaling for startups or enterprise software. - Strong expertise in architecting scalable, high-performance systems. - Experience in B2B enterprise software and familiarity with AI/ML integration. - A visionary mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
