Senior BIM Integration Developer - 3D Modeling

Key Responsibilities : - Define detailed functional specifications for BIM software applications. - Design, develop, and test BIM software applications using industry-standard programming languages and tools. - Create advanced algorithms for handling 3D geometric models, spatial analysis, and clash detection. - Integrate BIM software with other architectural and engineering software applications (e., CAD, GIS, FEA). - Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to users of BIM software applications. - Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance. - Ensure that software meets all quality standards, including reliability, security, and performance. - Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in BIM and related fields. - Research and explore new methodologies and techniques to improve BIM software capabilities. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Java. - In-depth knowledge of BIM concepts, standards, and workflows. - Experience with BIM authoring software (Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures). - Proficiency in 3D modeling and geometric algorithms. - Understanding of database systems and SQL. - Experience with API development and integration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
