Primary Responsibilities : Database Management : Use tools like Alteryx, DBT, Tableau, and CRM Analytics to build and manage robust data analytics and intelligence capabilities. Data Intelligence Solutions : Develop solutions such as data quality tools, on-demand data solutions, executive reports, and dashboards. Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their data needs, translating them into effective technical solutions. Support and Query Resolution : Provide support across the product and platform enhancement lifecycle, including managing and resolving user queries. Secondary Responsibilities (Good to Have) : Advanced Database Skills : Knowledge of databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL, and Oracle; programming skills in Python. Cloud Infrastructure : Familiarity with cloud platforms like ADLS, ADF, S3, Glue, Airflow, and Databricks. Data Modeling and Pipeline Design : Experience in relational and dimensional data modeling, developing efficient data ingestion processes, and building data pipelines. ETL/ELT Workflows : Ability to design and implement end-to-end ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion. Data Quality and Governance : Conduct thorough data quality assessments and establish data governance best practices. Qualifications : - Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics and engineering, ideally within the financial industry. - Strong functional knowledge of sales and marketing processes. - Proficiency in core data engineering tools, including Alteryx, DBT, Tableau, and CRM Analytics. - Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure and advanced database management tools.
