Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement complex data integration solutions using Ab Initio. - Utilize core Ab Initio components like Join, Reformat, Scan, Rollup, etc., to build efficient and -scalable data pipelines. - Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues, ensuring optimal system performance. - Write clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Ab Initio technologies and industry best practices. - Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio, including core components and advanced features. - Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting. - Solid understanding of database concepts, including SQL, Oracle, and Teradata. - Knowledge of data warehousing principles, such as dimensional modeling, facts, and SCD types. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with cloud technologies like Redshift and AWS Glue is a plus.
