Hiring: Power Platform Lead Join a top IT firm as a Power Platform Lead We're seeking professionals with 15 years of experience and deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Locations : Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mangalore, Mumbai, Pune CTC: - 37-38 LPA Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement a comprehensive Power Platform strategy in line with the organization's digital transformation objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative, innovative environment. - Design and architect scalable Power Platform solutions, utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. - Direct the development and customization of Power Platform applications to fulfill business needs. - Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications, enabling smooth data flow and functionality. - Oversee deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Power Platform environments. - Promote and uphold best practices for Power Platform development, governance, and security. - Provide training and support to end-users and developers, enhancing their Power Platform capabilities. - Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a Power Platform Lead or similar role. - Strong understanding of Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. - Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and visualization. - Experience developing and deploying custom connectors and APIs. - Strong knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in Power Platform technologies. - Experience in Power Platform administration and governance. - Familiarity with low-code/no-code development principles. - Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts (ref:hirist.tech)
