Moolya - UI/UX Designer - Sketch/Figma/Photoshop

Job Description : We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring the best possible usability. Key Responsibilities : - User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience. - Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., to present concepts and workflows. - UI Design : Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on aesthetics, simplicity, and consistency. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines. - UX Design : Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to create intuitive experiences. Work on improving user satisfaction by ensuring a seamless experience across all digital platforms. - Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to refine designs based on feedback. - Usability Testing : Conduct usability tests to identify areas of improvement and validate design decisions. Iterate on designs based on user testing results. - Responsive Design : Ensure designs are responsive and adapt seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes. - Design Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation and specifications for handoff to developers. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile design. - Tools : Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Understanding of HTML/CSS : Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with developers. - Design Systems : Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides. - Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach to design. - Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and justify design decisions effectively. - Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred. - Up-to-date with Trends : Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Nice to Have : - Experience with motion design or animation. - Experience with usability testing tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, etc. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI.
