Job Description : - Conducting maintenance and upgrades to Service Catalog items. - Creating and executing changes to Service Catalog items. - Conducting story development (enhancement), testing, and promotion preparation for changes. - Providing defect support and remediation. - Providing catalog tasks support. - Providing ServiceNow Catalog architecture and technical views. - Providing ServiceNow release upgrades planning, code migration, testing, and defect handling support. - Providing ServiceNow instance cloning, data refreshing, and maintenance for all instances within the environment as required. - Opening and working on tickets with ServiceNow. - Implementing data changes per the agreed-upon process . - Reviewing Service Requests and Changes submitted for in-scope services, and estimating the level of effort that will be required to implement. - Conducting ServiceNow function and module demonstrations - Supporting integration with ServiceNow for additional data sources. - Providing End User Incident and defect support for catalog items. - Assisting with periodic audits of the platform and accuracy of the data within ServiceNow.
