Job Description : The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize business processes. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and implement strategies that improve business efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities : - Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. - Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies; provide insights to support business decision-making. - Process Improvement : Identify and analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that increase efficiency. - Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and stakeholders. - Project Management Support : Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives. - Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT/technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and expectations. - Market and Competitor Analysis : Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning. - Testing and Quality Assurance : Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. - Experience in working with databases, data visualization, and analytics software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of SQL or other querying languages. - Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
