Role Overview : Reporting to the Global Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities (extraordinary maintenance and activities not related to H&S) across multiple stores globally. This role ensures that all maintenance tasks are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with teams across different time zones and regions, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage the global stores maintenance schedules, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is executed efficiently and consistently across all locations. Directly manage any day-to-day fixes. Partnering with the Regional Operations Managers to coordinate all the new stores openings, closures, and refurbishment activities. Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures and policies to streamline processes and ensure compliance with international standards. Collaborate with stores teams to monitor the performance and condition of machinery, equipment, and facilities. In collaboration with WW Retail, Facility and Store Planning teams, track and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for savings without compromising quality. Act as the main point of contact for global maintenance issues, providing guidance and support to local teams in resolving technical problems. In collaboration with the Global Facility teams, ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Evaluate the need for new equipment or system upgrades and coordinate procurement efforts with the Retail Operations department. Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities, using the company software to ensure accurate and timely reporting. In collaboration with the Global Facility teams, manage relationships with external service providers and contractors, ensuring quality and cost-effective service delivery. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that maintenance practices meet the organization’s standards. Be available for any emergency maintenance needs. Train and develop the skills of maintenance staff globally, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your Talent : Experience in a maintenance coordination role, preferably in a global or multi-site environment. Strong understanding of maintenance processes, mechanical systems, and facility management. Knowledge of the CMMS or similar systems, strong interest in digital tools, Microsoft Office expert (Excel proficient). Trustworthy and discreet. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
