Accounts Receivable Specialist - Chemical Sector - Milan

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist , who maintains the billing system and manages collection activities, investigating any discrepancies or enquiries. Must have? Experience as Accounts Receivable or in a similar role, good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, fluent English (B2) and excellent organizational skills. Want to know more? The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for: Maintaining the billing system; Managing the Accounts Receivable ledger; Managing sales cut-off and revenue recognition; Performing cash management duties and account reconciliations; Managing collection activities; Calculating rebates and agent commissions; Calculating bad debt provision; Assisting in general financial management and analysis; Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or enquiries. Ideal candidate : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting Diploma; 4-5 years of experience as Accounts Receivable or in a similar role; Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office; Knowledge of international and Italian accounting principles (IFRS and IT GAAP); Fluent English (B2); Excellent organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
