About the Role:

As our Delivery Manager, you'll be the maestro orchestrating a symphony of 200+ tech virtuosos, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, harmonizing their talents to serve over 30 US-based clients. This isn't just a leadership role; it's a high-impact launchpad for limitless growth in the world's fastest-accelerating company. What will I do?

- Team Titan: Lead and mentor a league of Project Managers, aligning their superpowers with our company's galactic goals and KPIs.

- P&L Pilot: Navigate the financial cosmos, steering Profit & Loss responsibility and management control to new heights.

- Conflict Resolver Extraordinaire: Be the ultimate problem-solving superhero, swiftly addressing operational and delivery-related issues with laser precision.

- Process Perfectionist: Collaborate with the PMO to craft and execute PM procedures that set new industry standards.

- HR Harmonizer: Partner with HR Business Partners to orchestrate flawless HR policy enforcement across your team of tech titans.

- Performance Paragon: Monitor and elevate the performance of 5-10 Project Managers overseeing a legion of 200+ team members.

- Communication Connoisseur: Articulate complex operational challenges to Account Managers while nurturing the delicate ecosystem between PMs and clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Delivery Dynamo: 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, expertly conducting teams of 50+ people, including 3+ PMs in the IT sector.

- Tech Trailblazer: Strong IT background with a track record of managing large-scale software development or tech projects that push the boundaries of innovation.

- Leadership Luminary: Stellar leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills that inspire and unite diverse teams.

- Academic Achiever: University degree that laid the foundation for your meteoric rise in tech management.

- Linguistic Virtuoso: Advanced level of English that enables you to communicate complex ideas with clarity and charisma.
