About the Role:

What will I do?

- Network Builder: Source and recommend strategic local engagement events that strengthen professional connections.

- Event Coordinator: Provide comprehensive remote support for community events across various regions.

- Progress Tracker: Maintain detailed reports and analytics to monitor engagement effectiveness.

- Process Innovator: Document and improve community engagement practices while identifying new opportunities.

- Efficiency Expert: Develop and maintain templates that streamline recurring activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Community Leadership: 3+ years experience managing and growing communities.

- Event Management: Track record of successful event coordination and execution.

- Client Focus: Background in sales or customer success environments.

- Organization: Superior time-management and coordination abilities.

- Communication: Expert written and verbal communication skills.

- Educational Foundation: Background in Marketing, PR, or related fields.

- Language: Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
