Job Description

A career as a Senior Data Scientist in the Risk Modeling & Strategy team means using behavioral data to develop decision-making boundary management strategies to support business line growth objectives as well as plans to evolve risk modeling practices at the Bank. Your job: Develop statistical models and decision-making strategies in a business context for personal loans. Perception decision-making strategies aim to make the best decision based on credit risk in order to maximize the profitability of the model. Communicate and document the progress of your work in agile mode in project monitoring workshops with our Risk Management and Business Line partners Write the necessary documentation for the approval of strategies. Implement strategies and coordinate with our IT manager for the implementation of strategies and acceptance testing Frequently evaluate the performance of the models/strategies put in place and present recommendations for better risk optimization and lending in Champion/Challenger mode. Your team: Join a dynamic team of 12 advanced analytics specialists. We are responsible for all modeling and risk strategy activities for Credit Cards, Retail Finance and SMEs. We cover credit granting and lifecycle activities. You will report to the Senior Director, Risk Models and Strategies We aim to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to promote your quality of life. Prerequired Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, 2 to 3 years of experience in modeling, decision-making strategies or any other relevant role in data science Proficient in statistical/econometric and machine learning models Proficiency in SAS/SQL statistical programming tools (R or Python) Knowledge of specific credit products and risk management.
