Salary: €60-€70K

Role Overview:

In this position, you'll drive user-focused design excellence and improve usability standards for medical devices.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, Design Research, or related field

Experience with usability standards for medical devices (IEC 62366, FDA Guidance for Human Factors, HE75)

Skills in human-centered design methods—focus groups, contextual inquiries, usability evaluations, and more!

Demonstrable experience working with or designing for medical devices

A track record of managing relationships with stakeholders, driving innovation, and championing the user

Fluent in English
