Salary: €110k - €130k and stock options

I am working with an exciting business that offers a premium transportation service that combines elegance and efficiency for travelers around the globe.

You will be working on state of the art tech stack that includes Ruby, Go, Typescript, and Java, utilizing domain-driven design and deployed on Kubernetes.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Create and drive the technical vision, collaborating with stakeholders and guiding execution.
• Empower the engineering team to enhance flexibility and productivity.
• Offer both high-level and hands-on support, assess architecture, and foster inter-team relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and share insights through conferences.
• Monitor key technical metrics and use data to enhance system performance.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience in transitioning monolithic architectures to event-driven microservices, preferably in large-scale e-commerce.
• Collaborative problem solver who engages with engineers.
• Ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Analytical thinker skilled in using data to inform technical decisions.
