A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s biggest Healthcare providers. In a portfolio of work tasked with centralising and standardising systems and operations across the Country.
You will lead the requirements elicitation process on projects, including activities and deliverable for defining the business opportunity/problem, planning, and executing business analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct requirements validation with key stakeholders, gaining appropriate approvals, and manage the change processes for requirements documentation.
* Lead the analysis processes for projects, including activities and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle with specific focus on the definition of the business opportunity/problem, the outcomes to be achieved and estimated costs and benefits ensuring that deliverables are always of a high quality.
* Produce, critically review, and evaluate any proposed business solutions identifying alignment with business strategies making recommendations to key stakeholders ensuring that they are fully aware of key risks and assumptions.
* Continually evaluate the quality of deliverables including those of 3rd parties to ensure the product is fit for purpose and able to meet the defined acceptance criteria
* Ensure P3M3 level 3 maturity is achieved and maintained by adhering to the standards set out in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), agile extension to BABOK guide and core frameworks ensuring that work product is of a consistently high quality.
* Use your knowledge of analysis best practice to benefit the wider team suggesting improvements to ways of working and conducting well considered peer reviews of analysis deliverables.
* As the producer and owner of the requirements work plan ensure that appropriate prioritizing, planning, resourcing, and contingency is integrated into broader project plans and that deliverables are produced on time at the desired level of quality.
* Keep up to date with industry standards and ensure that they are considered and reflected it the way our business analyst team operates
* Deliver traceability between business strategy/goal, outcomes, benefits, requirements, delivery ensuring that scope is tight and that benefit leakage does not occur during the project delivery lifecycle.
* Ensure all projects align to the company values, strategies, and behavioral expectations, maintaining knowledge and understating for all policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
* Knowledge of change and transformation strategies with the ability to develop, influence and own portfolios.
* A logical thinker who has a proven track record of being able to work with cross functional teams leading and shaping business solutions.
* Known for having a sound analytical mind able to apply analysis tools and techniques to resolve problems and evidence good judgement.
* Must have the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise own and others workload.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
