Deliver 2nd line technical support to a diverse user base, covering technologies such as Windows Server, Windows OS, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure.
Offer technical expertise in network connectivity, encompassing DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, switches, and routers.
Execute administrative tasks within the Office 365 admin portals, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Contribute to mobile device rollouts utilizing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, spanning laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Provide deskside/onsite support.
Contribute actively to a variety of projects.Required Technical Experience:
Proficiency in Office 365 & Exchange.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Teams.
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Server.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including Windows Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, and VMWare.
Strong command of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Expertise in Azure Active Directory.
Competence in hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of backup solutions.
Robust networking skills covering DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP.
Familiarity with antivirus software.
